3. Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment

3.1 Booking Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.

• Booking details such as date, time, vehicle type, pickup location, and fare are shared at confirmation.

• Customers must verify all booking details at the time of confirmation.

3.2 Advance Payment Policy

• Advance payment amount depends on the type of vehicle, service duration, and booking season.

• For luxury wedding cars and peak wedding seasons, higher advance payments may be required.

• Advance payment secures vehicle availability for the requested date and time.

4. Cancellation Policy – Customer-Initiated

• 24 to 48 hours before pickup
  Significant portion of the advance may be forfeited.

• Less than 24 hours before pickup or same-day cancellation
  No refund of advance payment.

4.3 No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to arrive at the pickup location or does not respond at the scheduled time:

• The booking will be treated as a no-show

• No refund will be issued

5. Cancellation Policy – Company-Initiated

Priyanshi Travel Services reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances, including:

• Vehicle breakdown

• Driver unavailability due to emergency

• Natural calamities

• Government restrictions

• Safety concerns

In such cases:

• A full refund of advance payment will be provided, OR

• An alternate vehicle will be arranged (subject to availability)

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only when:

• Cancellation is made within the eligible time frame

• Service cannot be provided due to company fault

• Overpayment or duplicate payment occurs

6.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

7.1 Wedding Booking Advance

• Wedding car bookings require higher advance payment.

• Advance amount is generally non-refundable due to preparation, blocking, and opportunity cost.

7.2 Decoration & Custom Requests

• Charges for decoration or special arrangements are non-refundable once initiated.

• Any damage to the luxury wedding car will be chargeable separately.

8. Tempo Traveller Refund & Cancellation Terms

8.1 Group Travel Considerations

• Tempo Traveller bookings involve driver scheduling and route planning.

• Cancellation charges may be higher during peak travel seasons.

8.2 Outstation Trips

• Driver allowance, permits, and taxes once paid are non-refundable.

• Partial refunds depend on cancellation timing.

9. Modification & Rescheduling Policy

9.1 Date & Time Changes

• Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability.

• Fare differences may apply.

9.2 Vehicle Type Change

• Upgrade or downgrade requests depend on availability.

• Price difference must be paid by the customer.

10. Early Termination of Service

If the customer decides to end the trip early:

• No refund will be provided for unused time or distance.

• Full booking amount remains payable.

11. Delays & Waiting Time

• Waiting time beyond agreed limits may attract extra charges.

• Delays caused by traffic, roadblocks, or weather conditions are not eligible for refunds.

• Customer delays at pickup or event locations are non-refundable.

12. Payment Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through:

• Original payment method

• Refund processing may take 7–10 working days

13. Service Interruptions & Force Majeure

14. Damage & Penalty Deductions
